This August meditation was recorded in the woods with the gentle backdrop of water droplets putter-pattering from oak leaves after rainfall and occasional quiet sounds of blue tits feeding in the canopy.

During the recording I was joined by a curious young squirrel and a robin, but you won’t get to hear them as they were very quiet companions, perhaps respectful of the peaceful and restful mood of the meditation.
