This 15 minute meditation begins by inviting you to rest your awareness on your breath and release tension in the body. This is followed by guidance to develop a subtle awareness of sounds and engage in deep listening.
It is recorded indoors, without the backdrop of the woods, and is suitable for listening while sitting, walking or lying down. If you choose to listen to it outdoors in the garden, park, or woods, the guidance will help you develop a deeper relationship with the world.
